Now that my cousin has started riding horses and showing them, she’s been collecting show halters so that she’ll have a different one to use each time she rides. At first, I didn’t really see the point in having so many show halters, but she said that I needed to see it as a different outfit for the horse. Because her horse obviously doesn’t wear clothes, she wants him to look the best he possibly can for each show and the show halters are one of the ways she does that. Other ways are by braiding his mane and making sure that he is in top shape. She’s always loved the color red and I was looking for Christmas gifts a few nights ago when I came across beautiful red show halters. The price was great on them so I decided to order one for her horse for Christmas. I know she’ll be surprised, especially since she’s the only one who has bought show halters, but I figured it was about time someone else did. I know she’s going to love it, plus I’m going to share the site with her so she can order from there herself in the future.
