My best friend and I went horseback riding this past weekend and I was surprised this morning when I went out to the stable to find that she’d left her horse halter here. I have someone who comes in every day to take care of the horse tack and to brush the horses and such so I don’t get out there usually until the weekend to spend time with the horses. My best friend lives about ten miles from here and she usually rides her horse to our place when we plan to go horseback riding. This time she actually brought it in the trailer and I guess that’s how she ended up forgetting the horse halter. I plan to call her sometime later this morning, but I’ll probably text her first and tell her thanks for giving me the new horse halter. I know she’d recently ordered it online, so she’ll get a good laugh out of me teasing her about it. We plan to go riding again this weekend as long as weather permits, so she can pick up the horse halter then, providing she doesn’t need it before then.
