equestrian tack, show halterOver here on the west coast, springtime is truly in the air. The old saying about spring showers isn’t really applying in Southern California. It has been to long since there was a good rain but I can’t complain because the afternoon temperatures have been fantastic. I took a short ride on my motorcycle yesterday up through some winding roads in the nearby hills. It is mostly residential streets. Some of the people have enough property for horses that were trotting around with assorted show halters given by their owners. I came up around a bend to find a large equestrian center running along the road. I was a bit tired and figured this would be as good a place as any to pull off the road and take in the scenery.

I saw traditional equestrian tack on some of the larger brown horses running around in the field. It reminded me of helping a friend who is into riding find deals for horse halters online. I don’t know much about those but I do know how to find things on the web. We got some really great deals.
