I’m not sure what my son was thinking when he left the horse halter hanging on the back of the horse trailer yesterday afternoon and we lost it somewhere along the way home from the show. I think that it was because we were all tired after getting up so early so we could be at the horse show and then after he rode all day and then still had to groom the horse. He said he didn’t even think about leaving the horse halter hanging on the trailer until we got home and realized we couldn’t find it. Luckily, we were at home and we had another horse halter in the tack room, but it meant that I would need to order a new one.
Even though it had been a long day, I knew the importance of making sure that we had a horse halter for the horse, so I went online after my bath and ordered two. I always like to have a back up, and at least this way we’ll have one to replace the one we lost, plus we will have another extra, just in case.
