A cowboy and his equestrian tack are one. It is important that he take care of those horse halters and horse tack. After the gear is removed from the horse and before it is hung back in the tack room it must be cleaned so it is ready for use the next time.
Once the horse halters and the rest of the equestrian tack is cleaned and safely put away in the tack room it is time to tend to the horses. They will need to be fed and watered. The hoofs may need clipping and the insides scraped out. A nice brush down is in order to relax the beast after a hard ride. That is the fun and bonding part for the cowboy and the horse.
The horse halters plus all the other equestrian tack are what make the rider and horse both happy. If the gear doesn't fit or work properly it is not going to be a good day. That is why it is a big deal to prepare and clean equestrian tack after a ride. It makes it easy for the cowboy to get ready for the next one. |
