conchos, horse tackI feel that I got really lucky today when I was shopping online for a gift for my daughter.  She absolutely loves horseback riding and wears her favorite conchos whenever she rides. I knew that if I could find a ring to match some of the conchos of hers, she'd be really pleased. I was thrilled to find this beautiful 18 Karat & Silver Bali Ring that matches several of her conchos pretty well, and it'll make a stunning birthday gift for her.

Ever since she was young, she has loved horses. She volunteers at a ranch a few miles from our home so she can help care for their horses and gets free riding priveledges. She takes care of the horse tack and has learned so much about caring for horses by doing this. She has decided that when she gets to college, she's going to major in animal science to prepare her for veterinary school. When kids have passions for something their entire lives and express interest in a the same field, it's a good idea to keep the encouraging words flowing.

I'd love to see her find a place in the world doing something she loves, and if it's working with animals, great. By her volunteering at the local ranch, she has had full access to the world of horses and horse tack so she has a head start when it comes to preparing herself for her real world work. I hope that she enjoys wearing the ring I bought her to go with her conchos as a reminder that we are always there for her as she makes her way through life in her chosen field. I found the ring at Jewelry Tack Room located at www.jewelrytackroom.com and it will last a long time. It's made from silver and 18K gold and looks as if it has an amethyst stone in it, too, from the picture.

When it is delivered, I'll open the package and probably put it in a larger package and wrap it up for her. We like to hold her birthday parties at a tourist village down the road from us where they have western style stores and restaurants, since she loves the old west culture. She'll probably wear one of her conchos for her birthday dinner and I certainly won't discourage her from wearing her cowboy boots or western shirts, either. Our school district has a dress code and boots are not allowed, so any excuse she has to dress for the role she wants when she grows up is good enough for her. Her conchos are really attractive and when she sees the ring to go with the conchos, I know she'll be so happy.
