horse tack, equestrian tack


     I am a novice when it comes to horse tack, and well horses. My wife and I just purchased some horse property and two beautiful Buckskin geldings. The problem we were having is figuring out what kind of horse tack to purchase. English tack, Equestrian tack or Western tack, I really did not know. The only thing that I did know is that the previous owner of the horses told my wife and I that if the horses are not ridden at least once a week, they will be very difficult to saddle and ride. So we were on a quest to find the gear.


     After a day or so we were pretty much experts on the subject. We both knew we wanted Western tack and loved a maker we found on the internet. His custom saddles, bridles, reins, horse halters and straps were so beautiful and very affordable. Our horses love us now. We ride daily and our lives could not be better. The internet turned what would have been a long trip to town, into a quite enjoyable educating experience.
